The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.

Victory Kazibwe, 14, was last seen on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 4 p.m., in the Martin Grove Road and John Garland Boulevard area.

He is described as 5’10”, with a slim build, brown eyes, long black braided hair, and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a red, black and gold ‘Raptors’ baseball hat.

Police are concerned for his safety.
