Missing Girl from Oshawa, Ontario but may be in the Toronto area — Layla Shephard-Schmahl, 14

Durham Region Police are on the lookout for a missing 14-year-old girl who may be in Toronto.

Police announced Layla Shephard-Schmahl was missing shortly after 9 p.m. on August 23. They confirmed that she was missing from Oshawa, but might be elsewhere in the Toronto area.

The Shephard-Schmahl family and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
