Missing Man in Toronto, Ontario — Harman Singh, 23

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Harman Singh, 23, was last seen on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 11 p.m., in the Islington Avenue and Duncanwoods Drive area.

He is described as 6'2", with a slim build, short black hair, and a short beard. He was last seen wearing a white tie-dye hooded sweater, black jeans, and a baseball cap.

Police are concerned for his safety.
