Oceanside RCMP seek witness in Ottavio Cutillo missing person investigation

Oceanside RCMP are looking to speak with a man associated to a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Ontario licence plates who investigators believe may have assisted Ottavio Cutillo on the evening of September 10, 2022.

Investigators believe Ottavio Cutillo’s vehicle may have broken down near the old train station on Alberni Highway in Parksville on the evening of September 10, 2022 and that he was assisted by a man driving a 2017 White Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Ontario licence plates BR 63762.

“Attempts to contact the registered owner of the Chevrolet Silverado have not been successful and we are asking the owner of the pickup truck to contact police so investigators can speak with him,” says Sergeant Shane Worth of the Oceanside RCMP. “If you are the owner of this pickup truck or see this pickup truck, please contact police.”

Oceanside RCMP and Arrowsmith Search and Rescue have been searching for Ottavio Cutillo since he was reported missing on September 12, 2022 and believe he may still be in the Oceanside area. Investigators are very concerned for Ottavio Cutillo’s health and ask that if anyone has any information about Ottavio Cutillo’s whereabouts to please contact police.
