RCMP look for witnesses in the Missing Burnaby case of Rajesh (RAJ) Verma, 65 in specific area of New Westminster, BC
ON September 16, Burnaby RCMP asked for the public’s assistance in locating 65-year-old Rajesh Verma. Verma was last seen by family in the 8800-block of Armstrong Avenue at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 15.
Investigators are renewing their plea to the public, but with specific times and in a specific area of New Westminster.
If you visited the area of Sapperton Landing Park up to and including Westminster Pier Park in New Westminster, on September 15 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., and had any observations of, or interactions with Verma, you are requested to contact Burnaby RCMP.
“Our investigators are looking for any indicators of Rajesh’s demeanor and what direction he may have travelled,” said Cpl. Mike Kalanj. “If you saw Rajesh or had any interactions with him in this area and timeframe, we want to hear from you.”
Verma is described as:
* Balding with grey hair
* Brown eyes
Rajesh was last seen wearing:
* White long sleeve shirt
* Black runners (with white soles)
* Dark blue pants
