Three Missing Children in Regina, Saskatchewan — Emma FAYANT, 8 — Jackson FAYANT, 7 — Furious BELLEGARDE 9mo — Chelsea SCHICK-FAYANT, 30

The Regina Police Service is asking the public for help in locating three young children — one of them, an infant — who are missing and believed to be in the company of a non-custodial parent (mother) who is alleged to be unable to provide them adequate care. Police are hoping someone who knows the mother of these children will be able to help find the missing mother and three children.

The children are:

Eight year-old Emma FAYANT (female) — described as medium complexion, 70 pounds, with medium-length brown hair;
Seven year-old Jackson FAYANT (male), described as having a fair complexion with short dark-blonde hair, thin build, weighing about 60 pounds; and
Nine-month old Furious BELLEGARDE (male) — described only as having a heavier build.

The mother is 30 year-old Chelsea SCHICK-FAYANT, of no fixed address, Regina. She is described as being 5’ 6” tall, with a medium build and medium-length light brown hair. Chelsea SCHICK-FAYANT is missing her front teeth and has a tattoo of a heart and flowers on her chest.

Police are still gathering information about SCHICK-FAYANT and the children, so there are no photos available at this time. It’s believed the mother and children were last seen at a residence in the 1000 block of Princess Street. With no home address, there is very limited information for officers to pursue, as they search for the children.

Police are very concerned for the welfare of these vulnerable children. Anyone who knows Chelsea SCHICK-FAYANT, and may be able to provide more information to police, is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 306–777–6500 or call Regina Crime Stoppers at 1–800–222-TIPS (8477).
